At Rooms Tbilisi our guaranteed check-in time is 2PM and checkout at 12PM, while at Rooms Kazbegi check-in is at 3PM and checkout at 12PM. We are more than happy to store luggage if you arrive early and depart late. Should you need an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and depending on availability we will do our best to accommodate you.
You can find the laundry fill-in form and laundry bag hanging from the rack in the entrance within your room. Please, note that Rooms Hotel is not responsible for shrinkage, changes of color, or damage to buttons, buckles, and zippers made of plastic. In case of a mechanical damage, the Hotel will compensate a maximum of 10X the laundry charge.
Housekeeping will service your room daily to check that you have everything you need. Please note, that housekeeping will not service your room, if the Privacy Please sign is placed on the door. If you require any additional items for your room or you need anything changed, please, do not hesitate to call the front desk 555.
Rooms Hotel Tbilisi and Rooms Hotel Kazbegi are non-smoking hotels. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, room balconies, and the garden.
