Friday is a sacred day dedicated to experiencing desire in a positive way.
16:00-17:00 Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Yoga class. An active, challenging class dedicated to compassion and love.
18:00-19:00 Dinner
19:00-19:30 Introductory reception
19:30-21:00 Mediation on Desire for Health Wealth and Transcendent Insight. This course teaches basic meditation with a series of short experiences. Perfect for any level of meditation background. Dechen makes meditation easy and fun, with space for deep insights.

Saturday is a day for resolving memories and celebrating what we have accomplished. It is the most profound day to practice yoga.
7:00-8:00 Sunrise meditation and 5 element stretching. A simple course to wake up fully conscious of the emotions, sensations and thoughts.
8:00-9:00 Breakfast
9:30-10:00 Graha Yoga theory: a visual presentation of the alternating forces which translate electricity and gravity into love and compassion.
10:00-11:30 Graha Yoga practice: a physical experience of human consciousness and natural reflexes. We create a gradual but inevitable path towards any desire from any background.
11:30-12:00 Meditation and Discussion. A chance to share in conversation and in silent presence.
12:00-14:00 Lunch
14:00-16:00 Nature walk
16:00-18:00 Free time or led shiatsu class
18:00-19:00 Dinner
19:00-19:30 Reception
19:30-21:00 “Wish fulfilling” mantra chanting. This expressive chanting is easy for anyone to understand and allows people to enjoy their inner desires and love themselves unconditionally.

Sunday is a day to celebrate being in the moment.
7:00-8:00 Optional early bird sunrise Tai Chi, very easy movements which stimulate circulation between the organs and senses.
8:30-10:00 Breakfast
10:15-11:45 Final Yoga practice
11:45-12:15 Final meditation
12:30-14:00 Lunch
